Loommi Subscription and Automatic Renewal Terms
Effective July 16, 2026 · Last updated July 17, 2026
These terms apply only when Loommi, Inc. makes an optional paid subscription available and you separately enroll. A reference here to a possible plan does not mean that a plan is currently offered. These terms reserve the framework for planned cloud, storage, personalization, content, and support benefits; they do not authorize Loommi to charge you before an enrollment screen states the exact offer and you affirmatively accept it.
1. Enrollment disclosures control
Immediately before enrollment, Loommi will clearly state:
- the exact price and tax treatment;
- billing frequency and initial term;
- the included benefits and material limits;
- any free or discounted period and the full price afterward;
- the date or event that begins the first paid charge;
- the renewal term;
- any minimum commitment;
- the deadline and method to cancel before another charge;
- any relationship between the plan and a device, account, application store, storage allocation, or support benefit; and
- any material eligibility restriction.
The enrollment screen controls those commercial details. Loommi requires an unchecked control or other unambiguous affirmative action next to the renewal terms. Providing payment information alone is not consent to automatic renewal.
After enrollment, Loommi will send or display a retainable acknowledgement containing the price, cadence, renewal, trial conversion, benefits, and a direct cancellation method. Loommi will preserve the accepted terms, content hash, time, account, offer, acceptance event, and retainable acknowledgement for the period required by applicable law. For a California enrollment, Loommi retains affirmative-consent verification for at least three years or one year after termination, whichever is longer.
2. Automatic renewal
Unless the enrollment screen states a fixed nonrenewing term, a subscription automatically renews for the period disclosed at enrollment until canceled. Loommi charges the payment method on file at the beginning of each renewal term. You authorize only the recurring amount and cadence disclosed at enrollment, as later changed with the notice and choice described below.
Taxes may change when required by law or your billing location. Loommi will not add an unrelated fee or paid feature through a hidden or preselected choice.
3. Trials and promotions
The enrollment screen states the trial or promotional length, eligibility, charge date, and full price. Loommi will not convert a free period into a paid plan without the affirmative confirmation required by applicable law and the offer presented to you.
For a trial or promotional period longer than 31 days, Loommi sends a retainable reminder approximately 20 days before the cancellation deadline. Where law requires fresh affirmative consent before the first paid charge, including an applicable District of Columbia free trial, Loommi will not charge until that consent is obtained. If a shorter trial requires a reminder, Loommi will time it so you have a meaningful opportunity to cancel.
One person or household may not repeatedly claim an introductory offer by creating additional accounts. A restriction must be stated with the offer.
4. Renewal and price reminders
For a subscription that renews annually or less frequently, Loommi will send renewal reminders approximately 45 days, 35 days, and 20 days before renewal when those notices are needed to satisfy the consumer's applicable state windows. Each reminder states the renewal date, amount, and direct cancellation method.
Before a price increase or materially adverse change affects a future charge, Loommi provides every notice required by applicable law. For a California subscription, at least one retainable notice is sent between seven and 30 days before the change takes effect. Loommi may provide an earlier supplemental notice, but that notice does not replace a notice required within a statutory window. Each notice states the new price or change, effective date, and a simple way to cancel. Loommi will not change the price of a term already paid.
5. How to cancel
You may cancel without calling, chatting with a retention agent, completing a survey, or explaining why.
- A subscription purchased on Loommi's website can be canceled through the account's subscription settings using a direct online action.
- A subscription purchased through Apple, Google, or another application store can be canceled through that store's subscription manager; the Loommi application will provide a direct route where the platform permits it.
- If the ordinary control is unavailable, email support@loommi.ai with the subject “Subscription cancellation.” Loommi will use the request time, not a later support response, to determine whether the request met a deadline.
Loommi will promptly confirm cancellation. Cancellation stops the next charge. Unless the enrollment screen or law provides an immediate cancellation and prorated refund, paid benefits remain available through the end of the paid term.
6. Refunds
A subscription fee is refundable when the enrollment offer promises a refund, Loommi charged after a timely cancellation, Loommi materially reduced or ended the paid benefit during the term, or applicable law requires it. When Loommi materially reduces or ends a prepaid service, it will provide a prorated refund for the unused affected period.
A refund goes to the original payment method unless that method cannot accept it. An application-store purchase may require processing through that store. Loommi will not substitute store credit for a required money refund without your agreement.
7. Failed payments
If a charge fails, Loommi may retry it as disclosed by the payment provider and may pause the paid benefit after reasonable notice. Loommi will not charge a late fee unless the enrollment screen clearly disclosed it before enrollment. Updating a payment method does not restart a canceled plan without a new affirmative enrollment.
8. What cancellation does not remove
Canceling a plan does not:
- take away ownership of a purchased physical device;
- revoke the embedded-software license needed for safe core operation;
- disable core safety, privacy, security, or local household functions that were sold with the device;
- shorten the base Limited Warranty or a statutory right;
- silently delete local child profiles, memories, or recognition patterns; or
- authorize Loommi to retain cloud data longer than the applicable Privacy Notice permits.
Cancellation may stop only the cloud, storage, premium content, support, or other paid benefits identified at enrollment. Before deleting user-accessible cloud data because a plan ended, Loommi will provide the notice, retrieval opportunity, and retention period promised for that feature. Turning off future backup does not by itself delete an existing backup; deletion is a separate control.
9. Service changes and ending a plan
Loommi may improve, replace, or retire an unpurchased benefit. It will not materially reduce a benefit during a paid term and keep the corresponding payment without a remedy. A material future change receives direct notice and a penalty-free cancellation right.
Loommi may suspend a plan promptly for a credible fraud, security, safety, or legal risk. For an ordinary Terms violation, it will ordinarily provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Suspension does not authorize Loommi to keep an unearned prepaid amount where law or these terms requires a refund.
10. Children
Only an adult may enroll or manage billing. A child cannot begin a subscription, accept a paid upsell, or authorize a recurring charge. A paid feature that processes child information remains subject to the Children's Privacy Notice and any separate parental permission; payment does not replace that permission.
11. Changes to these terms
Changes apply prospectively. Loommi will provide at least 30 days' direct notice of a materially adverse term change and will obtain new affirmative acceptance for a new recurring charge or a materially different renewal obligation. Posting alone does not impose a materially adverse change on an existing subscriber.
