Loommi One-Year Limited Warranty

Effective July 16, 2026 · Last updated July 17, 2026

This is a Limited Warranty for a Loommi consumer robot and the Loommi- branded power supply and accessories included in its original package (collectively, the Product). It applies when Loommi, Inc. sells or expressly warrants that Product for household use in the 50 U.S. states or the District of Columbia.

Warrantor: Loommi, Inc., 14 Tews Ct, Newport, RI 02840, USA.

This warranty is available before purchase at this page. A free paper copy is available by mailing the warrantor at the address above or emailing support@loommi.ai.

1. Warranty period and eligible owner

The warranty lasts one year from the date the Product is delivered to the original retail purchaser. It covers the original purchaser and a later lawful owner during the remaining period if that owner provides reasonable proof of the original purchase or delivery. Unlinking and factory-reset instructions protect personal information but are not conditions of coverage for an otherwise eligible defect.

A replacement Product or part is covered for the longer of 90 days after delivery of the replacement or the remainder of the original one-year period, unless applicable law requires more.

2. What Loommi warrants

Loommi warrants that, under normal household use and when operated according to the instructions, the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period.

This written warranty covers the physical Product. Separately supplied software and services are governed by the Terms of Use and Sale, but a software or firmware defect that prevents the physical Product from conforming to this warranty remains covered to the extent required by law.

3. Warranty service and remedy

If a covered defect arises, Loommi will provide parts, labor, and standard shipping at no charge. After confirming eligibility, Loommi may initially:

  1. repair the Product using new or professionally reconditioned parts;
  2. replace it with a new or professionally reconditioned Product of the same or functionally equivalent model; or
  3. refund the purchase price, including applicable sales tax and original standard shipping where required by law.

Loommi will choose a reasonable initial remedy based on safety, availability, cost, and the nature of the defect. If repair or replacement cannot be completed within a reasonable time or fails after a reasonable number of attempts, Loommi will provide a replacement or refund adequate to ensure the limited remedy does not fail of its essential purpose, subject to any choice the law gives you.

Replacement parts and Products become yours. A returned Product or part becomes Loommi's property after Loommi supplies the remedy. A refund may require return of the Product at Loommi's expense.

4. How to obtain service

Email support@loommi.ai with the subject “Warranty service” and provide:

  • your name, order number, and proof of purchase;
  • the Product serial number, if available;
  • a description of the problem and when it began; and
  • safe diagnostic information Loommi reasonably requests.

Loommi may ask you to perform safe, reasonable troubleshooting that does not require disassembly or expose personal information. It will then provide a service authorization, prepaid standard-shipping label when shipment is needed, and the correct service location. Do not send a Product to Loommi's office without those instructions.

5. Information on a device sent for service

Back up information you want to keep, then unlink and factory-reset the Product before service when it is safe and functional enough to do so. Service may permanently erase profiles, settings, memories, recognition patterns, credentials, and other local information.

If the defect prevents a reset, tell support before shipment. Do not attempt an unsafe repair. Loommi will restrict access to the device and erase or destroy accessible personal information during intake or service according to the Privacy Notice and applicable law. Loommi is not responsible for data loss caused by a necessary repair or replacement when it followed those practices, except to the extent law provides otherwise.

6. What is not covered

This warranty does not cover a problem to the extent it was caused by:

  • accident, abuse, neglect, unreasonable impact, liquid, fire, contamination, improper storage, or use outside the published environmental limits;
  • an unsafe or incompatible power source, accessory, network, or peripheral;
  • failure to follow setup, placement, operation, cleaning, maintenance, or critical safety-update instructions;
  • commercial, institutional, rental, or other use outside the Product's intended household purpose;
  • an unauthorized modification or repair that actually caused the problem;
  • removal or alteration of a serial number, safety control, or capture indicator; or
  • ordinary cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

Opening the Product, using a compatible third-party part, or obtaining repair from someone other than Loommi does not by itself void coverage. Loommi may deny only the portion of a claim attributable to damage actually caused by an excluded condition.

This warranty does not cover a separately sold third-party product. That product may carry its own manufacturer's warranty. It also does not replace a recall or safety corrective action, which applies on its own terms.

7. Implied warranties

To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in duration to the one-year period of this Limited Warranty. Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limit may not apply to you.

Loommi does not disclaim implied warranties where federal or state law prohibits doing so. No reseller or person may make a warranty on Loommi's behalf unless Loommi authorizes it in writing, but this sentence does not erase a factual product promise that law treats as an express warranty.

8. Limits on damages

To the extent permitted by law, Loommi is not liable under this warranty for incidental or consequential economic damages. This limit does not apply to death or personal injury; a defective-product claim; damage to tangible property caused by a defect; fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct; or any remedy that law does not permit Loommi to limit. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the exclusion may not apply to you.

9. Your legal rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. It does not limit rights under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, state warranty law, product-liability law, consumer-protection law, a recall, or another nonwaivable rule. California residents retain all rights under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act.

No informal Loommi process is a mandatory prerequisite to a claim under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act unless Loommi establishes a qualifying mechanism under applicable federal rules. Any arbitration provision applies to a warranty dispute only to the extent permitted by law.
