Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Loommi, Inc. does not sell personal information. Loommi does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and does not process it for targeted advertising. Loommi does not sell or share children's personal information, biometric identifiers or biometric information, or consumer health data.
Loommi does not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing. It does not provide a discount, payment, loyalty benefit, or other financial incentive in exchange for personal information.
Your opt-out right
All U.S. residents may submit a request to opt out of:
- sale of personal information;
- sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising;
- targeted advertising; and
- profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Because Loommi does not engage in those practices, there is no current sale, sharing, targeted-advertising, or significant-effect profiling activity to stop. Submitting a request does not reduce service and does not require an account.
Email support@loommi.ai with the subject “Privacy request” or use the application's Privacy Center when available. Loommi will not ask for information beyond what is reasonably needed to authenticate and apply the request.
Global Privacy Control
Loommi recognizes Global Privacy Control and another legally required universal opt-out preference signal as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising for the browser or device sending the signal. Where Loommi can reliably associate the signal with an account, it applies the choice to the account.
Because Loommi has no covered sale or advertising practice, the signal does not change current service behavior. Loommi will not begin a covered practice without first deploying the required signal handling and updating this page and the Privacy Notice.
Children and teenagers
Loommi does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16 and does not ask a child or parent to opt into such a practice. Loommi does not use child personal information for targeted advertising or general-purpose AI-model training.
Sensitive information
Loommi uses sensitive personal information only for an eligible person- requested feature, security and integrity, physical safety, lawful parental consent, or another disclosed purpose permitted without a separate limitation right. It does not use sensitive information to infer characteristics for advertising.
If a future practice requires a “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” control, Loommi will provide the control before that practice begins. General acceptance of a privacy policy is not advance consent to that future use.
Provider disclosures and statutory exclusions
Loommi uses contracted processors and service providers to host and protect services, authenticate accounts, process requested email, deliver products, and provide optional features. Those providers act under applicable confidentiality, security, deletion, and purpose restrictions. Some commerce, payment, application-store, network, or delivery providers may independently control limited transaction, device, fraud, security, or legally required information under their own privacy notices. Loommi treats a disclosure as excluded from sale, sharing, or targeted advertising only when the disclosure and contract satisfy the applicable statutory exclusion. Loommi does not authorize any provider to use child content, family media, biometric data, or consumer health data for its own advertising or general-purpose model training. The Privacy Notice identifies provider roles.
Changes
Loommi will not convert an existing no-sale promise into retroactive permission to sell or share information. Before any materially different practice, Loommi will provide notice, honor universal signals, and obtain opt-in consent where required, including the heightened choices for minors and sensitive information.
