Loommi Shipping and Delivery Policy
Effective July 16, 2026 · Last updated July 17, 2026
This policy applies when Loommi, Inc. accepts a direct order for a physical product.
1. Destinations
Loommi ships consumer orders only to valid street addresses in the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. Loommi does not currently ship to U.S. territories or possessions, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, or destinations outside the United States. Checkout may further limit a destination based on carrier, product, safety, tax, or legal requirements.
Do not use a forwarding service to evade a destination restriction. Loommi does not support or warrant a product exported outside its offered region.
2. Charges and delivery estimates
Checkout displays the available shipping method, charge, handling estimate, and expected delivery or shipment window before you submit an order. An estimate is not a guaranteed date unless checkout expressly labels it guaranteed.
Loommi will not accept an order unless it has a reasonable basis for the shipment representation shown. For purposes of the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, the shipment period begins when Loommi receives a properly completed order, regardless of when contract acceptance occurs. If no shipment time is stated, Loommi will ship within 30 days after receiving that properly completed order or provide the delay and cancellation choices described below.
Transit begins after the carrier accepts the package. Weekends, holidays, weather, emergencies, address problems, and carrier disruptions can affect delivery after shipment.
3. Order acknowledgement and acceptance
An automated order message confirms that Loommi received your request; it is not acceptance. Loommi accepts an order when it sends an express acceptance or shipment confirmation, or ships the order, whichever occurs first.
Checkout states whether payment is authorized or captured. If Loommi declines or cancels an order after payment was captured, Loommi will promptly initiate a full refund to the original payment method. A bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears.
4. Address changes and cancellation before shipment
Contact support@loommi.ai immediately with the subject “Order change” and the order number. Loommi will try to cancel or correct an order that has not entered fulfillment, but cannot promise a change after packing, label creation, or carrier handoff. For security, Loommi may require cancellation and a new order rather than redirecting a package.
If a package is already moving, use the carrier option Loommi identifies or start a return after delivery. Do not send sensitive account or payment information by email.
5. Preorders and backorders
An unavailable listing is not a preorder. Loommi accepts a preorder only when the product page and checkout prominently say preorder, provide an estimated shipment window, explain when payment is authorized or captured, and allow cancellation before shipment.
If Loommi cannot meet a promised shipment window, it will send a delay notice that provides a revised good-faith date and a simple way to cancel for a prompt refund. When law requires affirmative agreement to a longer or indefinite delay, Loommi will obtain it. Silence is not agreement to an indefinite delay.
A cancellation refund required by the Rule includes every amount tendered for the canceled order, including applicable shipping and handling charges. Loommi sends that refund within seven working days when payment was made by cash, check, money order, a third-party credit card, or another method where Loommi is not the creditor. Only when Loommi itself extended the credit does the one-billing-cycle period apply.
6. Split shipments
Loommi may split an order when items become ready at different times. It will not increase the total shipping charge shown at checkout without your affirmative agreement. Each shipment may have its own tracking number and delivery date.
7. Tracking, delivery, title, and risk
When available, Loommi sends tracking to the order email. A carrier scan is not always real-time.
Title and risk of loss pass when the package is delivered to you or a person you designate, subject to applicable law. They do not pass merely because Loommi gives the package to a carrier. If Loommi requires a signature, the carrier may not leave the package unattended.
Make sure the destination is safe and accessible. If tracking says delivered but the package is missing, check the delivery location and household, then contact Loommi promptly. Loommi will work with the carrier and provide the replacement, refund, or other remedy required by the facts and applicable law. Loommi does not require you to accept store credit instead of a required refund.
8. Damage, incorrect items, and undeliverable packages
If a package arrives damaged, incomplete, or wrong, do not use a product that may be unsafe. Email support@loommi.ai with the subject “Delivery problem,” the order number, and a description. Loommi may request non-sensitive photographs of the product and packaging to resolve the carrier claim. Loommi pays standard return shipping and charges no fee for a wrong, damaged, or defective product.
If a package is returned because the address supplied at checkout was invalid, refused, or inaccessible, Loommi will contact you. Loommi may refund the order less an actual, disclosed reshipping or return cost only when the problem was caused by an incorrect customer-supplied address and law permits the deduction. No deduction applies to Loommi or carrier error.
9. Events outside reasonable control
Loommi is not responsible for a delay caused by an event it could not reasonably control, but such an event does not eliminate a cancellation, refund, delay-notice, warranty, recall, or other right that applicable law provides.
