Loommi, Inc. operates the Loommi website, Store, adult waitlist, devices, applications, accounts, artificial-intelligence services, subscriptions, and support when those services are made available. Loommi, Inc. is the direct seller and written-warranty warrantor for products it sells under the Loommi brand unless checkout unmistakably identifies another seller or warrantor.

Do not email passwords, full payment-card numbers, government identification, child recordings, biometric samples, health details, or another person's private information unless Loommi first provides a secure method for the specific request.
Privacy requests
You may submit a privacy request without creating a new account. Include the email address or device involved and the right you want to exercise. Loommi may ask for information reasonably necessary to authenticate the request and protect another person. A parent or legal guardian requesting child information may need to establish that authority.
An authorized agent may submit a request where law permits. Loommi may ask for proof of authorization and direct confirmation from the consumer.
Returns and warranty service
Email before shipping a device. Loommi will provide a return authorization, shipping responsibility, the correct destination, and privacy-safe instructions for unlinking and resetting the device. If a defect prevents a safe reset, say so in the request.
Legal notice and arbitration opt-out
A formal notice under the Terms of Use and Sale may be sent by email with the subject `Legal notice` or by mail to the address above, attention Legal Notice. Include your name, account or order email, the relevant facts, and the relief requested.
To opt out of the arbitration agreement, use the subject `Arbitration opt-out` and send the notice within 30 days after first accepting the Terms. Include your name, account or order email, and an unambiguous statement that you opt out. Postal opt-outs may be mailed to the address above, attention Arbitration Opt-Out. Opting out does not affect an order, account, or service.
Accessibility
Ask for a policy, notice, or support communication in an alternate accessible format by emailing with the subject `Accessibility request`. Loommi will provide a reasonable alternate format without charge.
